Each year our stock of brand new items is very limited and is offered on a first come first serve basis. If you request an upgrade for your item, and we do not have any in stock, you will be issued a full refund of the upgrade. If you want to have the best chance at getting new items, place your reservation as early as possible.  The additional prices for a new item upgrade  are as follows:

Bedloft Add-on Items:

You may choose to add on optional items for your bedloft. You may choose one or both add-on items: a bedside shelf or a safety rail. If you choose a safety rail, you may also choose to add on a pocketed mesh cover.

​Make sure your move-out is just as easy as your move-in! Just remove your personal contents and we will take care of the rest! This also guarantees no cleaning fees will be assessed at the end of your rental term. This is an optional service

Television Upgrades:

Optional Connection Package during your reservation, choose to have us hook up your television for you! This package  includes a 3' Power Strip, a 9' coaxial cable, and 6' HDMI cable.  Add +$29
