You may still return your items after August 31st, however, there will be no refunds issued after that date. Please fill out the form below to cancel your order.
We understand that sometimes you do not have any control over how things shake out with your particular housing situation. Please keep in mind that neither do we. And while you might have only gotten to use your items for 1% of the time you expected to, we have still had to absorb 100% of the costs associated with providing these services, and for us, these costs are the same regardless of whether you used an item for 1 day or 1 year. In order for our company to be able to continue providing rental services in the future, we’ve formulated the refund policy above.
All refunds are issued at the end of the month
